Where can I buy your product in a particular town?

Where can I see your products live?

  • A small overview of the assortment is available in our showroom at the company’s headquarters – in Zawiercie, at Technologiczna 8. After making an appointment, you can drive up and see how the products present themselves live. Is there a factory shop near the factory?

  • We do not sell our products in a factory shop.

Are AXA products manufactured in Poland or is it another product made in China?

  • AXA handles and rosettes are manufactured from scratch in Poland from solid aluminium profiles. Thanks to the new production plant in Zawiercie, the entire production takes place under one roof – from casting the handle to its colouring in modern anodized. Thanks to this, not only do we have control over the production process, but we can also react immediately to any process irregularities and have an active influence on our quality.

Can I get a printed version of the catalogue?

  • The latest version of the catalogue is available in electronic version on our website. Unfortunately, we do not plan to distribute our printed catalogues to retail customers

How and where can I get a key to your cylinder?

  • AXA is not the manufacturer of the cylinder you bought with the fitting, so we do not provide a key making service. Depending on the distributor you may have bought inserts from different manufacturers – please check its brand on the front of the insert. Lists of authorized service points for making keys are available on the manufacturers’ website. Remember: only cylinders in class C need to be made at an authorized service point and have an authorization card.

What is Flex?

  • Flex is a self-fitting cylinder protection. The clylinder protecting from the lock is a threat to door security. When an attempt is made to break in, it is easier to tear it out, break it down or drill it in. The Flex, a hardened steel cover with a disc that makes it difficult to reposition the insert, will adapt to the insert protruding from the lock (from 9 to 15 mm). How do you measure the lock spacing?

  • Lock distance (PC) is the distance between the center of the handle spindle hole and the keyhole. The most popular sizes of spacing are 72, 90 and 92 mm. The spacing is important when replacing an old handle with a new one, in doors with already drilled holes. If you don’t have any holes in the door yet, you can choose which lock you want to use and choose a handle with the right spacing.

How to fit the door cylinder and fittings (especially with Flex protection)?

  • In order for the Flex protection to work properly, the cylinder should protrude from the surface of the signpost between 9 and 15 mm. This ensures that the key and the neck of the cylinder are of the right length to allow for trouble-free closing and opening of the door. We recommend using high quality Class C cylinders from trusted manufacturers.

Is it possible to buy half a fittings that was damaged during installation?

  • We can’t sell parts of the hardware. In this case you should buy a new set.

I have your AXA door, where can I buy a lock for it?

  • If you buy a door, including a handle and cylinder, it is often misunderstood and treated as a single brand product. Axa HomeSecurity is a door handle manufacturer. If you bought a door without a lock or insert, it is best to contact the point of sale or the door manufacturer from whom you bought the door, as it may turn out that its thickness or other technical parameters will determine the type of lock or cylinder.

I have too short assembly screw. What should I do?

  • First contact the point of sale where you purchased the AXA handle. There, the staff on your behalf will contact us and order for your a paid assembly kit with longer screws and spindle.

How can I make a complaint?

  • As a retail customer, first contact the point of sale where you purchased the AXA product. He should make a complaint on your behalf, as our direct customer. If the point of sale refuses to accept your complaint, proceed as above, trying to fill in the form as accurately as possible and send it to: reklamacje@allegion.com   We will do our best to help you.

Can I cancel my order?

Theoretically, if an order has not yet been started by the production there is a chance, but such cases are always considered individually. In this case, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Can I return a product that was wrongly ordered?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of full value goods.

How is the shipping done and who pays for it?

In case of meeting logistic minimum requirements of 1.000 PLN, AXA pays for the shipment. Shipments are proceeded on pallets or in individual boxes, branded with AXA logo. Our shipments are delivered by GLS and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

Is there a logistic minimum?

Yes, we require a logistic minimum of 1,000 PLN. but if that amount is hard to meet by your order please contact us first. We’ll check what we can do for you.

What is the warranty on AXA products?

The warranty period for the functioning of the hardware is 10 years for handles and rosettes in Flex series and PREMIUM Security Class 3; 5 years for handles and rosettes in STANDARD Security Class 3; 2 years for other fittings. How can I make a complaint?

We accept complaints only on a fully completed form. Send the completed form to reklamacje@allegion.com. We will contact you with information about the decision within 14 working days.

Can I get a printed version of AXA catalogue?

If you are our client you probably got the catalogue in the first quarter of the year. If you need additional printed copies, please contact your sales manager. However, we cannot guarantee that the stock will be available all year round, as it is distributed on an ongoing basis from the moment they leave the printing house. The latest version of the catalogue is also available in electronic version on our website.

Can I order half a trim or a fitting in two colors?

Unfortunately, we do not sell half products, nor do we offer handles in two colours in a regular offer. However, we are a manufacturer and with a sufficiently large volume we can produce a personalized product. How to install and connect the electro button pull handle at the door?

In this case, we only have a general wiring scheme. The exact directions and manuals of the assembly process may look different and is related to the specifics of the door in question, which must be prepared in advance for the installation of the electro button pull handle. Please ask your door manufacturer for details.

Why do I have to wait 2 weeks for my order?

This is how long our production process takes – from the production planning stage – to the dispatch of finished products. However, we have 2 handle models – Prestige Flex or The Haga Plus – in F6 colour inox and 72mm spacing, available with 24-hour delivery guarantee.

Where can you see the product range display and select a model of the handle?

If you are our customer or if you plan to start cooperation with us, a sales representative can present an overview of our product range. He has a richly equipped suitcase presenting the AXA offer. If you would like to make an appointment with him please contact him directly.

I have too short screws. What should I do?

It is possible to purchase an additional assembly kit with longer screws and spindles. For this purpose, please contact our customer service department

I need an unusual handle. Will you make a trim of another PC or length dimension?

We do not have the ability to produce single fittings just on stock. However, we are a manufacturer and with a sufficiently large volume we can produce a personalized product. If, in addition, this would be the beginning of a longer cooperation, we even more invite you to contact the selected representative or Customer Service Department for terms and conditions of this kind of cooperation.

Are there whole black cylinders on offer?

In our standard offer we have nickel-plated inserts with black AXA knob. Full black inserts are available on request and their price depends on the quantity.

Can the knob-knob fittings set be used for access control doors?

AXA offers the Prestige model, which is the only one available in the knob-knob version and can be used with doors with access control.

The use of a set with a pusher or knob, both on external and internal doors, applies when you want to introduce limited access to selected rooms in the building. In the case of doors with an cylinder, access is only granted to persons with a key. On the other hand, if the door is equipped with access control and the electric door strike mentioned in the question, only the knowledge of the code allows opening it.

Are your handles made of stainless steel?

AXA HomeSecurity handles are made entirely of solid aluminium profiles and then anodised to a given colour. The same applies to our pull handles.

Can I buy a pull handle with a custom size or other mounting post spacing?

As a manufacturer, we provide you with the possibility of carrying out customized orders. We consider all personalized requests from a minimum of 50 sets. Contact your chosen sales representative or Customer Service Department for more information.

Do you offer fingerprint or radio-open pull handles?
